We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at ASH+HONEY Salon. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge with in 48 hours of the initial service. 
 
The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 2 days past initial service date.
 
It is important you contact the salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service. 
 
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from darker to lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

Right to Refuse Service

ASH+HONEY Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

 

Return Policy
We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given however, an in-salon credit will be issued.
 
48 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment. We employ a 2-strike policy wherein if a guest cancels inside 48 hours of the appointment they will not be able to rebook.

This allows us ample time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in a fee charge of 50% of the total amount due for the services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.
 

No Show Policy
To respect the time of our stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no show fee charge of 100% of the total amount due for services, and you will not be able to rebook until the no show fee has been paid.

Please be advised if you no show on a re-do reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge. We employ a 2-strike policy wherein if a guest misses their appointment, they will not be able to rebook.
 
Late Policy

Please be courteous to your stylist and other guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment (for non-first time guests) and/or assess a fee charge of 50% of the total amount due for services that you were scheduled for. Tardy guests will have to accept an abbreviated service to keep the salon schedule on track for other guests.

 

Hair Care / Extensions Policy

At home, quality care must be maintained. We are not responsible for poor quality maintenance. Please discuss with your stylist before leaving the salon.

 

Children Policy

All children under the age of 13 must be always accompanied by an adult. If a child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to when the service is performed. No children are allowed to be unattended in the salon. 

 

Pet Policy
Only service animals are allowed in the salon. We do not allow pets. 

 

Methods of Payment

ASH+HONEY Salon accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Venmo, Zelle and cash. No checks. 
 
Reservations Policy
A credit card or a Venmo deposit is required to make a reservation and it will be kept on file for future reservations and any fees that may be incurred.
 
Head Lice Policy
It is against salon policy to perform services on guests with head lice. If a guest has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon, we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.
 
Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates must be presented at time of service. Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable. Please call ASH+HONEY Salon concerning lost gift certificates. All gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates are valid at ASH+HONEY only for all products and services available.
 
Privacy Policy
Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
 
Customer Etiquette
Please respect your stylist and text during business hours only.
Set your cell phone to silent and be sure to tell your stylist about any short, important phone calls you may need to take.
Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Call in advance if you are running late.
Don’t show up late or without an appointment.
Ask questions!
Be honest and upfront about your dissatisfaction.
Don’t show up to your appointment sick.
Do know how much the service will cost and let the salon know about your budget beforehand.
